- How do additional users work?
- Starter and Professional both include up to 10 users. After that, Starter is $5/month per additional user and Professional is $12/month per additional user.
- Do you have a free trial?
- Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. Your trial runs with full Professional access, so you can try everything before choosing a plan. We'll happily extend the trial if you need more time to get bought-in.
- Can I export my data if I cancel?
- Always. One-click CSV export of all timesheet, job, and employee data — even after cancellation. Your data is yours.
- Do you integrate with my payroll provider?
- FabWise exports one payroll CSV per pay period — a row per employee with their signed-off hours. The same file imports into ADP, Gusto, QuickBooks, or anything else, using your provider's own column mapping. FabWise doesn't calculate pay or classify overtime; it gives your provider accurate hours.
- Do you help with setup?
- Our $1,500 onboarding package gets you live in one business day — schedule built, devices configured, payroll connected, training delivered. We're a one-call-away team.
- How do I qualify for the non-profit / veteran-owned discount?
- Email sales@fabwise.app with proof of 501(c)(3) status or veteran-ownership documentation. We verify annually at renewal.
