How do additional users work?

Basic Timeclock and Professional both include up to 10 users. After that, Basic Timeclock is $5/month per additional user and Professional is $12/month per additional user.

Do you have a free trial?

Yes — 30 days, no credit card required. Your trial runs with full Professional access, so you can try everything before choosing a plan. We'll happily extend the trial if you need more time to get bought-in.

Can I export my data if I cancel?

Always. One-click CSV export of all timesheet, job, and employee data — even after cancellation. Your data is yours.

Question 4

Do you work with my payroll provider?

Accepted Answer

FabWise exports one payroll CSV per pay period — a row per employee with their signed-off hours. Your payroll provider imports it using its own column mapping, so there is no provider-specific format to set up. FabWise doesn't calculate pay or classify overtime; it gives your provider accurate hours.

Do you help with setup?

Two ways. The setup guide in our documentation is free and complete — most shops do it themselves. Or one of us comes to your shop and does the whole thing in a single business day: account configured, devices paired, your crew trained. That is $2,500 flat, anywhere in the US, travel included. How do I qualify for the non-profit / veteran-owned discount?
