Basic Timeclock tells you who was here. Professional tells you what the job cost.

Both plans capture time your payroll provider can use. The difference is whether that time is attached to a job — which is what turns a timesheet into a quote you can trust.

Beta means the capability is included with Professional and actively being refined with the shops using it. Your shop switches it on once in Settings, so it never turns itself on mid-week.

Custom includes everything in Professional, and adds plan sizing, rollout guidance across teams or locations, and a custom agreement.

Every trial runs with full Professional access for 30 days, so you can see job-level costing on your own work before you decide which plan fits.

Setting up is free and self-service — the guide walks the whole thing. If you would rather have it done in one day with your crew trained in person, we do implementations for a flat $2,500 anywhere in the US.

Read the FAQ for how additional users are billed, what happens to your data if you cancel, and how onboarding works.

Not sure which plan fits?

Ask the assistant you already use. It can read our pricing, features and documentation and answer for the shop you actually run.

Read https://www.fabwise.app/llms.txt and the FabWise pricing and feature pages it links. I run a fabrication shop with about 20 people on the floor. Which FabWise plan fits, what would it cost, and what is in the higher plan that I would be giving up? Cite the pages you used.

Try FabWise the way you'd run a real shop week.

Spin up a real schedule, clock real hours, run a real payroll export. Then decide.
