FabWise

Implementation

One day, and your shop is running on FabWise.

One of us comes to your shop, configures everything, and trains your crew — start to finish in a single business day. You can also do all of it yourself; the guide is free and complete.

Do it yourself — free

Most shops can set this up on their own.

FabWise is meant to be simple enough that you don't need us. The setup guide walks the whole thing — account settings, your customers and jobs, labor codes, your crew, schedules, and the tablets on the floor — in the order that actually works.

Full-service implementation

Or we do it with you, in one day, for $2,500.

Switching a time system means taking the floor offline for part of a day and getting every person on your crew clocking in a new way. That day costs you whether it goes well or not. This is about it going well the first time.

One of the founders — Tim or Nick — comes to your shop. Not a rep, not a partner. The people who built it.

$2,500

Flat. Anywhere in the US.

Travel included — no expenses to reconcile afterwards.

What the day covers

Your shop, configured

Company details, pay period, and how you want jobs named — using your existing numbering if you have one. Then your customers and jobs, your labor codes with the rates behind them, and your crew.

Schedules and departments

Your shifts built and assigned, so every worker's schedule generates automatically and the time clock knows who was supposed to be where.

Tablets on the floor

Your kiosk paired and mounted, workstation tablets bound to the people who use them, and a real clock-in tested before we leave.

Your crew, trained

Everybody who touches a tablet, walked through it in person — clocking in, tagging work to a job, breaks, clocking out. Then you and your supervisors on reviewing a week and sending hours to payroll.

What we need from you

One day only works if the day isn't spent waiting. Before we arrive you'll need your tablets bought, charged, and on your wi-fi, your crew list, your customers and open jobs in a spreadsheet, and an hour of your crew's time for training.

We send you the full checklist when we book, and it's the same one in the free guide — nothing is held back.

You buy the hardware

The tablets are yours, bought from wherever you like — we're not reselling you hardware at a markup. We'll tell you exactly what works, and cheap consumer tablets are genuinely fine for this.
